Schwartz Bakery is the oldest kosher bakery in Los Angeles. Established in 1954, Schwartz Bakery has consistently served the public with the highest quality baked goods, as well as the highest standards of kashruth. Schwartz Bakery is certified by the OK. Over a decade ago, Schwartz Bakery partnered with Circa NY a restaurant chain based in New York to become the premier kosher bakery and cafe concept in Los Angeles. With this addition, came a complete remodel and renovation of all of the retail stores and the greater Los Angeles Jewish Community has benefited greatly from this symbiotic relationship.
